Payments & Deliveries

- Deliveries from Printful.
- Deliveries within 10 days, 30 days max.
- NEW EUROPA hires a debt-collector if necessary.
- Contact us if you have a payment issue.
- Contact Printful if you have a package or product issue.
- If your package is lost in transit, contact Printful within 4 weeks after delivery date.
- If your product has misprint or worse, contact Printful within 4 weeks.
- You can return your product (without damage) within 2 weeks for a refund.
- If you return only part of your purchase, you are responsible for shipping cost.
- If the courier returns your package because you didn’t claim your package or didn’t gave the proper address, you are responsible for reshipment cost.
Only buyers can write reviews on Trustpilot.
